The public catalog does not require accounts or payments. Forms open your email client when no backend is configured.

Can It Go? uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, page views, and feature interest. Google may receive technical information such as page URL, device/browser details, approximate location, and event timing.

Photo Scan requires sign-in so scan quotas can be enforced. When you choose or take a photo, the app compresses it in your browser, sends it to the server for one analysis request, and forwards it to OpenAI so the object can be identified and checked against web sources.

Photo files are not intentionally stored in the database or written to disk by Can It Go?. Photo Scan answers are generated from OpenAI analysis and web sources, and should be checked against manufacturer instructions before use.
